Swiss Ice Hockey Cup - HatTrick

In collaboration with Ringier Sports, the Swiss Ice Hockey Cup and their official sponsors (Zurich insurance, Tissot, HEV and Blick), Brame has launched the HATTRICK shootout game in October 2019. The app and landing page game opened up further sponsoring possibilities and raised additional awareness for the tournament.

What we did

In collaboration with Ringier Sports, the Swiss Ice Hockey Cup and their official sponsors (Zurich insurance, Tissot, HEV and Blick), Brame has launched the HATTRICK game in October 2019. After we have identified the needs of our client in the planning process, we started to conceptualize a simple but innovative game that is able to engage communities even beyond hockey fans. Therefore, we have implemented several branding platforms for the official sponsors without distracting the users.

The outcome

Within the game, sponsors had the opportunity to display their logo on LED boards and various obstacles. Before and after the game, dynamic advertising platforms appeared where sponsors had the opportunity to place a new product, tell a story or present their prizes. Behind each advertising platform there were hyperlinks, which had a click rate of over 2%. The Cup itself also benefited from this interactive platform. The level of awareness of the tournament was increased and the number of spectators on the match days rose.
